• Shipping times may vary based on your location. The Hood Shaman is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the product packaging has been opened or tampered with. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
